Praise & Worship
Worship remains central to the life and ministry of St. John's. Every person is valued - from the youngest to the oldest. As a church we encourage the use of our God given gifts and we appreciate all who use their gifts to enable God's people to worship.
Saturdays - 7.00pm - 8.30pm (ish) - (every 3 months)

As a Methodist Church we appreciate that different people like to worship in different ways. In 2018 we introduced a more informal 'Praise & Worship' service which meets about every 3 months on a Saturday night.

The evening tends to focus on more contemporary praise and is usually led by members of the music group. The service does also include a short message and an opportunity to pray with and for one another. Testimony is encouraged and shared. Refreshments are available afterwards. Those who come are welcome to stand or sit during the songs - be yourself and be relaxed! People of all ages are welcome.
